Pressure

Pressure comes from everywhere. The worry it causes can feel overwhelming. One way you can take control of the worry is to make a list of everything that’s making you worry. Start this new mindset by choosing one or two items on the list. For example, let’s say you choose kids are threatening me at school.

Make another list of possible actions you can take to relieve your worrying. For example, you could research changing schools to deal with hostile kids.

Writing things down makes you feel better, and gives you something to refer back to when you need more ideas.
